摘要 通过对快递企业竞争力的综合分析,从服务质量、市场地位、保障能力和综合实力4个方面建立评价快递企业竞争力的指标体系,并运用灰色分析法对顺丰、申通和圆通3家国内最大的快递企业就竞争力分别从整体和分项根据以上4个方面进行评价研究。研究结果表明:上述指标体系可以作为快递企业竞争力综合分析与评价的参考。这些指标确是企业制定制胜战略的关键因素。 The purpose of this paper was to analyze the factors that influence the competitiveness of expresscompany and how to evaluate them. The evaluation index system of four aspects, including service quality, marketposition, support ability and comprehensive strength, was proposed based literature survey and investigation. Thegray analysis method was employed to solve it. It was applied to three well-known domestic express companies.The results show that the above indicators can be used as a reference for the comprehensive analysis andevaluation of the competitiveness of express companies. These indicators are the key factors for the success ofenterprise development strategy.
