摘要
癌痛是癌症患者面临的一个主要临床问题,如何缓解和控制疼痛是终末期癌症姑息治疗的重点,采用药物与非药物治疗相结合的策略是成功管理癌痛的关键。该文主要对癌痛的机制、评估以及癌痛管理策略进行归纳综述,在临床工作中应最大限度地减轻患者痛苦,提高癌症患者生活质量。
Cancer pain is a major clinical problem among cancer patients,and the approach to relieve and control cancer pain is becoming the focus of palliative care in terminal patients,by adopting the combination of drug and non-drug therapy strategy is key to successful management of pain. This articie aims to provide a general overview of the mechanism,evaluation and management strategy in this field,so as to reduce the pain suffering and improve the quality of life in patients with cancer.
