细颗粒物对人体呼吸系统损害的研究进展

Research advancement on the adverse effects of PM_(2.5) on respiratory system

细颗粒物(PM_(2.5)),即空气动力学直径小于等于2.5μm的颗粒物,是雾霾的主要部分,对人类健康造成多种危害。呼吸系统作为雾霾天气的重要靶器官,在雾霾对人体健康造成的危害中占重要地位。本文综述了PM_(2.5)对呼吸系统损害的研究进展。

Fine particular matter( PM_(2.5)),with an aerodynamic diameter less than 2. 5 μm,is the major component of haze weather. It has many adverse effects on human health. Respiratory system is an important target organs in causing harmful effects on human being of PM_(2.5). In this review,epidemiological studies,animal experiments as well as cell researches on PM_(2.5) and lung will be summarized. Research advancement will be disscussed on the adverse effects of PM_(2.5) on respiratory system.
