摘要
为了满足风电及光伏等新能源电器设备配套的小容量塑壳断路器(160 A及以下)设计要求,需要在提高产品短路分断能力的同时,明显缩小其产品,以适应相应成套装置的配套需要。因此有必要探索另一种低压断路器研发新思路。目前,在研发小容量塑壳断路器时行业厂家提出了一种新的思路,即把小型断路器的小体积结构布置及高限流性的结构特点用于设计中,从而研发出小体积、高性能的小型化塑壳断路器。
In order to meet the design requirements of small capacity MCCB( 160 A or below) for supporting wind power and PV new energy electrical equipment,it is neccessary to reduce the volume of its product obviously and to improve the short circuit breaking capacity at the same time. So we should explore another new idea of low voltage circuit breaker’s development. At present,Changshau company proposes a new idea when developming small capacity MCCB,that is,small volume structural arrangement and high current-limiting performance are used in the design,and miniature MCCB of small volume and high performance can be developed.
