摘要
目的对血液中乙醇含量的测定进行不确定度评估。方法利用顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)内标校准曲线法检测血液中乙醇含量,从测定程序来分析不确定度来源,量化不确定度各个分量,计算两个临界值附近检材检测结果的不确定度。结果检材1中乙醇浓度两次检测平均值为19.32 mg/100ml,扩展不确定度为1.65 mg/100ml;检材2中乙醇浓度两次检测平均值为77.88 mg/100ml,扩展不确定度为2.47 mg/100ml。结论血液中乙醇测定结果的不确定度主要来源于样品检测和校准曲线。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for determination of the concentration of ethanol in human blood by headspace gas chromatography.Methods Headspace gas chromatography internal standard calibration curve method was used to analyze the concentration of ethanol in blood.Each source of uncertainty arising from the procedure of testing was confirmed.After each uncertainty component was evaluated,the uncertainty of the result was calculated.Results The expanded uncertainty was 1.65 mg/100 ml when the concentration of ethanol in blood sample 1 was 19.32mg/100 ml.The expanded uncertainty was 2.47 mg/100 ml when the concentration of ethanol in blood sample 2 was 77.88 mg/100 ml.Conclusion The measurement uncertainty of the concentration of ethanol in blood was contributed primarily by the sample determination and the calibration curve.
