肿瘤患者家属的社会支持现况及其影响因素

Social support of family members of cancer patients and its influencing factors

目的探讨肿瘤患者家属的社会支持现况及其可能的影响因素。方法采用现况研究方法,对在某医学院附属医院住院的肿瘤患者家属249人进行调查。结果肿瘤患者家属的社会支持总分为(43.35±8.66),高于国内常模(t=16.01,P=0.000)。经多元线性回归分析,影响肿瘤患者家属社会支持总分有统计学意义因素有:患者保险种类(t=4.590,P=0.000),患者年龄(t=-2.161,P=0.032),家属与患者关系(t=-2.660,P=0.000)。结论肿瘤患者家属的社会支持整体水平好于正常人,影响肿瘤患者家属社会支持总水平主要因素有患者保险种类、患者年龄及家属与患者关系。

Objective To investigate the possible influencing factors of the social support of family members of cancer patients.Methods In this study,249 family members of the patients who were hospitalized in a hospital affiliated hospital were investigated.Results The social support of the families of the tumor patients was(43.35 ± 8.66) which was higher than the domestic norm(t=16.01,P<0.05).By multivariate linear regression analysis,the influence tumor patients family social support score was statistically significant factors were:the patient insurance categories(t=4.59,P<0.05),patients' age(t=-2.16,P<0.05),the relationship between family members and patients(t=-2.66,P<0.05).Conclusion The total social support level of family members of tumor patients was higher than that of normal people,main factors influencing total level social support of families about tumor patients includes patient 's insurance types,patient's age,families relationship with the patient.
