摘要
水力发电机组的稳定性关乎着机组的使用寿命与水能效率。以西藏自治区多布电站4号机组为研究对象,测试了该机组在开机工况、停机工况、变负荷工况下机组的振动与摆度值,分析了影响机组稳定性的影响因素。结果表明:机组的质量不平衡、电磁拉力对机组的稳定性影响不明显,水力不平衡是引起机组振动、摆度的最大因素。
The stability of hydroelectric generating units is related to its service life and efficiency. This paper tested the vibration and swing values of 4# unit under the condition of starting, shutdown and variable load,respectively. Also,it analyzed factors affecting the unit stability. The results showed that the influence of quality imbalance and electromagnetic tension on the stability of the unit was not obvious. However,hydraulic imbalance was the biggest factor that caused vibrate and swing.
