摘要
以适合快速充电用铝电解电容器为研究对象,通过对高比容阳极箔的研究,开发出电导率在2.6×10–3S/cm、闪火电压在500 V以上的高电导率、高闪火电压以及高温性能稳定的工作电解液;并对制造工艺进行优化与改善,研制出的充电器专用铝电解电容器体积只有常规产品的2/5,400 V产品在85℃温度条件下,最高可抗500 V的高电压,并且可通过3?2.0 k V的雷击浪涌试验,寿命达到3000 h(105℃)。
Aluminum electrolytic capacitor dedicated for quick charger was taken as the research object. By studying the aluminum foils with high specific capacitance and developing working electrolyte which had high conductivity (2.6×10^–3 S/cm), high break-down voltage (over 500 V) and high temperature stability as well as optimizing the manufacturing processes, aluminum electrolytic capacitor whose size was merely two fifth of the conventional product was developed. Such capacitor, with the rated working voltage of 400 V, can subject to an overvoltage of 500 V under the ambient temperature of 85 ℃. It exhibits long lifetime of 3000 h at 105 ℃ and passes the surge test under the condition of 3 Ω, 2.0 kV.
