摘要
精密工业设备的隔震设计是其正常运转极其重要的一环。结合最新隔振设计规范及现场半消声室所在场地环境振动测试,得到场地加速度与速度时程曲线及线性谱,对半消声室进行隔振设计,分析了消声室隔振前后位移响应及速度响应,并进行相应的频谱分析,在此基础上,对精密工业设备隔振的进行研究设计,研究结果表明:通过合理布置隔振器和设置参数可取得良好的隔振效果。
Based on the new vibration isolation design code and the site environment vibration test, the ground acceleration and velocity time history curve and linear spectrum are obtained. The vibration isolation design of the semi-sound chamber is carried out, and the displacement response and velocity response are analyzed. The design of vibration isolation for the precision industrial equipment is studied,and the vibration isolation effect is achieved by reasonably arranging the isolator and the parameters.
