摘要
在压力管道安装中,由于施焊条件的限制,管道连接处存在焊接缺陷,错边缺陷是常见且难以避免的,错边的存在将引起局部应力集中,进而影响管道的使用安全。因此,必须对含焊接错边压力管道进行安全性评价分析。本文对于缺少因子Rbs的API579推荐的安全评价方法,建立各类焊接错边缺陷的三维模型,采用Ansys进行有限元分析得出各类缺陷的不确定因子Rbs的表达方式,得到完整的安全评价方法,根据对应的计算方法编写评价程序,并使用编写的评价软件对扬巴公司现场的缺陷构件进行安全性评价,评价结果与构件实际的可靠性一致。结果表明,使用本文开发的评价软件,只需在软件的界面输入相关的数据,即可立刻得出可靠性评价结果,具有可靠性高、成本低、高效便捷的优点。
In pressure pipeline installation, caused by the application of welding, pipe joints of welding defects, the wrong side of the defect is common and difficult to avoid defects, the wrong side of will cause the local stress concentration, affect the pipeline's safe use. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the safety of the pressure pipeline containing the wrong side.In this paper, for the lack of factor Rbs' s API579 recommended safety evaluation method, establish the three-dimensional model of various defects,using Ansys finite element analysis of various defects of the uncertain factor Rbs expression and complete safety evaluation method, and evaluation procedure was written according to the corresponding calculation method, BASF-YPC's pressure pipe with welding defects were evaluated by the software.The evaluation results are consistent with the safety of defects.The results show that the using evaluation software developed in this paper, only need to input data in the interface of the software, you can immediately get the reliability evaluation results, has the advantages of high reliability, low cost,convenient and efficient.
