摘要
针对高等学校体育人才培养绩效管理中尚未完全适应我国经济社会和高等教育发展的需要,本文提出了一种基于3E与SSM协同分析的人才培养绩效管理模型。首先结合"效率—效益—效果"的3E理论和软系统方法论(SSM)模型,构建体育人才培养绩效指标体系,然后选用果蝇优化算法,对样本特征权值进行优化,提出了一种智能赋权的吸引子传播聚类算法,并将其应用于体育人才培养绩效评价中。仿真实验模拟结果表明,该方法对体育人才培养绩效评价具有更好的收敛性和更高的精确性。
This paper presents a talent management performance management model based on 3 E and SSM collaborative analysis, which is not yet fully adapted to the needs of economic society and higher education in China. Firstly, combining the 3 E theory and the soft system methodology(SSM) model of 'efficiency-benefit-effect', the performance index system of sports talents training is constructed, and then the fruit fly optimization algorithm is used to optimize the sample weight. And then applies it to the performance evaluation of sports talents training. The simulation results show that the method has better convergence and higher accuracy for the performance evaluation of sports talents.
