By studying the influence of the Big Data on digital archives information service, the paper puts forward to user centered knowledge service mode, which is based on thinking way of sharing, innovation, people-oriented, cooperation and open, and from the four levels of the data,information,knowledge, knowledge plate to launch a one-stop, personalized, intelligent, crowdsourcing service.
