线上线下融合开展新型职业农民培育,是利用现代信息技术以及新型教学理念和教育手段,开发适合新型职业农民培训的线上资源和线下资源,两种类型的资源相互补充、相互支持。同时,结合传统学习方式的优势和网络化学习的优势,通过对学习成果的认证,完成农民的正式学习和非正式学习的无缝对接,创新了人才培养模式,为完善不同类型学习成果的互认与衔接机制,建立学习成果认证体系,健全终身教育服务体系奠定了坚实的基础。
