摘要
针对基于光谱分析的水质监测与预警仪对测控系统的功能要求,深入开展了仪器的测控系统结构设计与控制原理研究。以光源、微型光谱仪、微型蠕动泵、微型三通换向电磁阀、微型夹管电磁阀、微型真空泵、样品检测室、ARM微处理器、工控机为基础,设计出具有进样、清洗、检测和留样等功能的测控系统。仪器测试实验结果表明:所设计的测控系统满足仪器的功能要求,能够为仪器的持续稳定运行提供重要的技术支持。
According to the function requirements of measurement and control system to die water quality monitoring and early warning instrument based on spectral analysis, the research on system structure and control principle of measurement and control system had been deq〉ly studied. Using light source, micro- spectrometer, miniature peristaltic pump, miniature three-way revers-ing solenoid valve, miniature pinch solenoid valve, miniature vacuum pump, sample inspection room, ARM micrqjirocessor and industrial computer, the measurement and control system with the function of sample entering, washing, detecting and sample remaining had been worked out. The instrument test experiment results show that the measurement and control system can meet the requirements of the instrument, It can also provide important technical support for the continuous and stable operation of fhe instrument.
