摘要
以过氧化物2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化物己烷(DTBPH)作为聚丙烯降解剂,利用可控流变技术将低熔抗冲共聚聚丙烯2500H制备成高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯,研究了DTBPH对产品流动性能、熔融结晶性能、相态结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明:可控流变能够显著提高聚丙烯熔融指数,而熔融结晶温度、橡胶相、拉伸强度、弯曲模量变化不大,当DTBPH含量达到500 mg/L后,抗冲聚丙烯综合性能呈现平台趋势。
In this paper,the high flow impact polypropylene copolymers were prepared by controlled rheology,during these processes DTBPH was used as degradation agent for polypropylene 2500 H grade.In addition,the influences of DTBPH to the flowability,melting and crystallization temperature,phase structure,and mechanical property of samples were studied.Through above experiments,the results can be received,such as the melt flow rate of polypropylene was raised observably,but the melting and crystallization temperature,rubber phase,tensile strength and bending modulus were changed very little.When the content of DTBPH was above 500 mg/L,the over-all properties of high flow impact polypropylene copolymers show platform trends.
