摘要
本文对结实期的全株油菜及油菜秸秆营养成分进行分析,并以结实期全株油菜、油菜秸秆为原料进行了青贮发酵试验,以获得其加工贮存技术,旨在为油菜及其副产物的饲料化开发提供科学依据。研究结果得出:结实期全株油菜的CP、EE、Ash、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、NFE、Ca、P含量分别为11.41%、2.37%、6.98%、37.02%、52.19%、41.68%、6.62%、36.94%、1.11%、0.27%;脱籽油菜秸秆的CP、EE、Ash、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、NFE、Ca、P含量分别为4.78%、1.04%、5.55%、45.59%、62.45%、49.72%、9.17%、38.78%、0.63%、0.08%;结实期全株油菜及油菜秸秆均能通过青贮方式较好保存,且质地变软,适口性增强。其中,添加0.8%调制剂处理组、添加5%玉米面处理组的结实期全株油菜和添加10%玉米面处理组的油菜秸秆青贮效果较好。
To provide the scientific basis on development of rape and its byproduct, we analyzed the nutrients value of rape and its byproduct at the maturing period, and Conducting silage trial to obtain the optimum silage technology. The results showed that the contents of CP, EE, Ash, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, NFE, Ca and P of the whole rape plant were 11.41% 、2.37%、6.98%、37.02%、52.19%、41.68%、6.62% 、36.94% 、1.11%and 0.27%, respectively. And the contents of CP, EE, Ash, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, NFE, Ca and P of rape straw were 4.78% 、1.04%, 5.55%, 45.59%, 62.45%, 49.72%, 9.17%, 38.78%, 0.63% and 0.08%,respectively. Silage can keep the good quality of whole rape plant and rape straw. And the good quality of the whole rape plant and rape straw can be preserved through silage. And its texture was slightly softer and the palatability was improved.
