孕妇弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的抢救措施与护理技巧

Rescue and nursing skills of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) in pregnant women

目的回顾性统计探讨孕妇DIC的抢救措施与护理技巧。方法选取我院2013年4月-2016年2月抢救的DIC患者6例为研究对象,分析对该组患者的临床护理经验技巧。结果患者经祛除病因及扩容、止血、抗感染、维持电解质平衡等急救措施及精心护理治疗后存活率为100%,1例治疗过程中出现轻微不良反应,经抢救护理后脱离危险。结论准确确证病因,并提高护理质量对于DIC孕妇的急救具有显著临床意义。

Objective To retrospective statistical analysis of disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） in pregnant women measures to rescue and nursing skills.Methods In our hospital in April 2013 to 2016 February rescue DIC patients,6 cases as the object of study,analysis of the group of patients with clinical nursing skills.Results Patients by dispel pathogeny and expansion,hemostasis,anti infection,maintain electrolyte balance and other emergency measures and careful nursing treatment survival rate was 100%,mild adverse reaction occurred in 1 case during the treatment,the rescue and nursing after out of danger.Conclusion Accurate confrmation of etiology,and to improve the quality of nursing for emergency treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） in pregnant women with clinically signifcant.
