从血瘀肾虚论治子宫内膜异位症的临床探讨

Clinical study on treatment of endometriosis with blood stasis due to deficiency of the kidney

子宫内膜异位症是临床上较为常见的妇科疑难病之一,在中医研究中无子宫内膜异位症的相关病名,通常将其归属于"痛经"、"月经不调"、"不孕"等,虽然西医对于子宫内膜异位症的研究较早,但其缺乏有效的治疗干预手段,临床预后结局较差,治疗后复发率较高,严重影响患者生活质量及身心健康程度。本文结合中医临床经验,结合中医学相关理论知识,从血瘀肾虚论治子宫内膜异位症,探讨子宫内膜异位症的中医基本病机,并提出其针对性治疗措施。

Basic on the degree of intervention in the treatment of early ectopic endometriotic disease is clinically more common gynecological diseases in TCM research in endometrium ectopia disease name,usually the attributable to ＂dysmenorrhea＂,＂menstruation＂,＂infertility＂,although the western medicine for endometrial disease research,but the lack of effective means and clinical prognosis in patients with poor outcome after treatment the recurrence rate is high,serious impact on patients quality of life and physical and mental health.In this paper,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine clinical experience,combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory knowledge,the defciency of kidney and blood stasis in treating uterine endometrium ectopia of endometrium ectopia of TCM Pathogenesis,and proposed the targeted Treatment measures.
