金刚藤胶囊与抗生素用于慢性盆腔炎患者治疗中的效果

Clinical observation of antibiotic combined with Jingangteng in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析金刚藤胶囊配合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选择2015年2月到2016年2月本院收治的慢性盆腔炎的患者160例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组患者口服金刚藤胶囊同时配合使用抗生素治疗,对照组患者单纯使用抗生素进行治疗,比较分析两组患者疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的总有效率80.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应率为15.36%,对照组的不良反应率为40.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎比单纯使用抗生素治疗具有更好的疗效,可以有效提高慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果,提高治愈率,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze smilax China capsule with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic infammatory disease. Methods From February 2015 to February 2015 in our hospital treated 160 cases of chronic pelvic infammatory disease patients as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group 80 cases each. Conclusion Capsule combined antibiotics for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease smilax China than just the use of antibiotics has better clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of chronic pelvic infammatory disease, improve the cure rate, has important clinical value.
