达英-35联合胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征后促排卵的效果探讨

Analysis of Diane-35 combined with insulin in the treatment of syndrome after ovulation induction effect of polycystic ovary sensitizer

目的分析在临床多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗中应用达英-35联合胰岛素增敏剂的疗效,总结临床经验。方法选择我院自2014年6月-2016年6月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者122例,依不同的治疗方法随机分成两组,研究组经达英-35联合胰岛素增敏剂促排卵治疗后,实施促排卵疗法治疗;对照组仅采用促排卵疗法治疗,回顾分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组经过三个疗程的治疗后,卵巢各项功能指标均显著优于治疗前,如卵巢各项功能指标,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且研究组患者的T、LH、FSH等各项激素水平变化均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组促排卵治疗后,研究组患者的排卵率73.8%及妊娠率57.4%都显著优于对照组47.5%,24.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗的过程中,达英-35联合胰岛素增敏剂有利于改善患者卵巢及激素的相关指标,并促使患者排卵率及妊娠率的大幅度提升。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with insulin sensitizer in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 122 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The study group was treated with Diane-35 combined with insulin sensitizer to promote Ovulation treatment, the implementation of ovulation therapy; control group using only ovulation therapy treatment, retrospective analysis of the two groups of treatment. Results After three courses of treatment, the ovarian function indexes of the study group were signifcantly better than those before treatment, such as ovarian function （P 〈0.05）, and the T, LH and FSH of study group The changes of hormone levels were signifcantly better than before treatment, the difference was signifcant （P 〈0.05）. After ovulation induction, the ovulation rate 73.8% and pregnancy rate 57.4% of the study group were signifcantly better than those of the control group 47.5%, 24.6%, （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Diane-35 combined with insulin sensitizer can improve the ovarian and hormone-related indexes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, and promote the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients to a great extent.
