子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果观察

Clinical observation of uterine strap-type suture for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section

目的观察子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法收取我院剖宫产产后出血患者80例,并将剖宫产产后出血患者分为两组,选取2011年11月-2014年6月,对照组患者采用传统方式治疗,观察组患者采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗。结果观察组剖宫产产后出血患者治疗后产后出血量（652.17±20.35）ml、手术所需时间（50.11±3.28）min优于对照组患者,观察组剖宫产产后出血患者的总有效率90.00%高于对照组,观察组治疗后再次产后出血发生率2.50%低于对照组患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血具有良好的效果,值得临床进一步应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of uterine suture suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 80 cases of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage were collected and divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated by traditional method and observed in November 2011 to June 2014. The patients were treated with uterine suture suture.Results The postpartum hemorrhage （652.17 ± 20.35） ml and the time required for operation （50.11 ± 3.28） min in observation group were better than those in control group. The total effective rate of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section was 90.00% higher than the control group, observation group after treatment, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage 2.50% lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Uterine suture suture for cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage has a good clinical effect, it is worth further clinical application.
