气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗阻塞性肺不张的疗效及复发观察

Clinical observation of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of obstructive pulmonary atelectasis

目的分析气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗阻塞性肺不张的疗效及复发情况。方法选取2014年11月-2015年9月商丘市第一人民医院呼吸科收治的阻塞性肺不张患者50例,将所有患者按照随机数表法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗。对比两组临床疗效及复发率。结果对照组治疗有效率为68.00%,明显低于观察组92.00%,复发率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗阻塞性肺不张临床疗效显著,复发率低,安全可靠,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and recurrence of bronchial alveolar lavage in the treatment of obstructive atelectasis. Methods Fifty patients with obstructive pulmonary atelectasis were enrolled indepartment of Respiratory Medicine, Shangqiu First People＇shospital from November 2014 to September 2015. All patients weredivided into twogroups according to the random number method. The controlgroup was treated with routine therapy, and the observationgroup was treated with bronchoscopic alveolar lavage. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the twogroups. Results The effective rate of the controlgroup was 68.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the observationgroup（92.00%）. The relapse rate washigher than the observationgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of obstructive pulmonary atelectasishas a significant clinical effect, low recurrence rate, safe and reliable, and worthy of promotion in clinical application.
