改良根除术联合自体植皮术在乳腺癌手术中实施价值分析

Value of modified eradication combined with autologous skingrafting in breast cancer surgery

目的探讨改良根除术联合自体植皮术在乳腺癌手术中的应用价值。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院甲状乳腺外科于2015年6月-2016年6月收治的乳腺癌患者50例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各25例。观察组采用改良根除术联合自体植皮术治疗,对照组仅采用改良根除术治疗。比较两组皮瓣坏死情况、手术时间、住院时间。结果观察组皮瓣坏死发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组手术时间相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;与对照组相比,观察组住院时间明显较短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论改良根除术联合自体植皮术治疗乳腺癌可明显减少皮瓣坏死,且利于患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,对改善患者预后具有积极作用,临床应用价值显著高于单纯改良根除术。

Objective To evaluate the value of modified radical mastectomy combined with autologous skingrafting in breast cancer surgery. Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer were enrolled in the First People＇shospital of Shangqiu from June 2015 to June 2016. The patients were randomlydivided into observationgroup and controlgroup, 25 cases in eachgroup. In the observationgroup, the modified eradication combined with autologous skingrafting was used, while the controlgroup was treated only with modified eradication. The flaps necrosis, operation time andhospitalization time were compared. Results The incidence of flap necrosis was 4.00% in the observationgroup, which was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup（32.00%, P〈0.05）. There was no significantdifference in the operation time between the twogroups（P〉0.05）. Compared with the controlgroup, thehospitalization time of observationgroup was shorter than that of the controlgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy combined with autologous skingrafting can significantly reduce the necrosis of skin flap in patients with breast cancer. It is beneficial to the recovery of patients and shorten thehospitalization time. Ithas a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients with breast cancer and its clinical value is significantlyhigher than that of purely modified eradication.
