系统护理管理对门急诊静脉输液质量及患者满意度的影响

Nursing management system on the influence of this vein infusion quality and patient satisfaction

目的观察系统护理管理对门诊急诊静脉输液质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2014年12月-2016年9月于商丘市第一人民医院急诊输液室行静脉输液治疗的患者50例,随机分为对照组及观察组,各25例。对照组实施传统护理管理,观察组实施系统护理管理。比较两组患者输液质量及满意度。结果观察组静脉输液不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意率100%高于对照组72%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对门诊急诊静脉输液患者实施系统护理管理,患者不良反应发生情况少,输液质量好,护理满意度高。

Objective To observe the nursing management system for outpatient emergency the effect of intravenous infusion quality and patient satisfaction. Methods To choose betweendecember 2014 and November 2014 in shangqiu first people＇shospital emergency room infusion line vein infusion treatment of 50 cases of patients, randomlydivided into controlgroup and observationgroup, 25 cases each. Control the traditional nursing management, observationgroup implement system of nursing management. Compare twogroups of patients with infusion quality and satisfaction. Results The incidence of adverse reactions of observationgroup vein infusion is lower than the controlgroup, thedifference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Observationgroup nursing satisfaction 100% than the controlgroup 72%, thedifference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The outpatient emergency patients with venous transfusion implement system of nursing management, patients with less adverse reactionhappening, infusion ofgood quality andhigh nursing satisfaction.
