护理质量持续改进对子宫肌瘤患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响

Nursing quality continuously improve therapeutic effect and quality of life in patients with uterine fibroids

目的探讨护理质量持续改进对子宫肌瘤患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取商丘市第三人民医院妇产科2015年5月-2016年7月收治的子宫肌瘤患者60例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理流程,观察组则加以运用护理质量持续改进。比较两组治疗效果及生活质量分。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予子宫肌瘤患者护理质量持续改进优势明显,对患者治疗予以辅助作用,改善其生活质量及治疗效果,提升院内护理水平,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study the nursing quality continuously improve therapeutic effect and quality of life in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods Select exercises of the third people＇s hospital of gynecology and obstetrics in May 2015-July 2016 admitted during the period of 60 patients with uterine fibroids were as the research object, its randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each. ontrol group take routine nursing process, observation group is applied to nursing quality continuous improvement. Compare two groups of treatment effect and quality of life. Results To observe the effect of treatment group is better than the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）; Observation group after treatment the quality of life score higher than the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids nursing quality continuous improvement in obvious advantages, for the treatment of patients with auxiliary function, improve their quality of life and the treatment effect, enhance the level of hospital care and high clinical value.
