Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on Disinfection and Sterilization Quality and Division Satisfaction of Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨持续质量改进对消毒供应中心对消毒灭菌质量及科室满意度的影响。方法选择2014年6月-2016年6月商丘市第一人民医院消毒供应中心接收医疗器械148件,随机分为对照组和管理组,各74件。消毒供应中心工作人员按照常规流程给予对照组医疗器械进行常规消毒灭菌处理,管理组在对照组的处理基础上进行持续质量改进管理。观察两组器械消毒灭菌质量及科室试验满意度。结果管理后,对照组在清洗、包装、消毒灭菌、发放等流程的质量评分及科室满意度上均低于管理组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论持续质量改进对消毒供应中心对消毒灭菌质量及科室满意度的提高均有积极影响。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on disinfection and sterilization supply center and disinfection and sterilization quality. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, Shangqiu First People ‘s Hospital disinfection and supply center received 148 medical devices, which were randomly divided into control group and management group. Disinfection supply center staff in accordance with the conventional process to the control group of medical equipment for routine disinfection and sterilization treatment, the management group in the control group based on continuous quality improvement management. Observe the two groups of equipment disinfection and sterilization quality and departmental test satisfaction. Results After the management, the quality of the control group was lower than that of the management group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement has a positive impact on the disinfection and supply center of disinfection and sterilization quality and the improvement of departmental satisfaction.
