产前优质护理对妊高征患者妊娠结局及生活质量的影响

Effect of Prenatal Quality Nursing on Pregnancy Outcome and Quality of Life in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的探究产前优质护理对妊高征患者妊娠结局及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年2月在商丘市第一人民医院产一科入院治疗的妊高征产妇50例,随机分为两组,各25例。两组均行常规护理,研究组行产前优质护理。比较两组妊娠结局及生活质量情况。结果研究组产妇剖宫产、胎盘早剥、产后出血、子痫发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者日常生活、健康、活动、总体精神评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前优质护理可以降低妊高征患者并发症的发生率,提高产妇生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of prenatal care on pregnancy outcome and quality of life in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 50 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into two groups（n = 25） in January 2001 to February 2016 in Shangqiu First People ‘s Hospital. The two groups were routine nursing, the study group prenatal quality care. Comparison of pregnancy outcome and quality of life in both groups. Results The incidence of cesarean section, placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage and eclampsia in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The daily life, health, activity and overall mental score Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Prenatal care can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and improve the quality of maternal quality of life.
