乳宁颗粒治疗220例乳腺增生临床病例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 220 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated by Runing Granule

目的探讨乳宁颗粒治疗良性乳腺增生症的疗效及其副作用。方法乳宁颗粒口服,每次5 g,每日3次,20天为一疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后复诊,服药期间停服其它药物,禁食辛辣、油腻性食物。结果经过乳宁颗粒3个疗程的治疗,治疗组总有效率为95%,的疗效显著优于对照组,未出现严重不良反应,12例出现轻微胃肠道反应不良反应,2例荨麻疹,经停药及对症支持治疗后,症状均消失。结论乳宁颗粒治疗乳腺增生症的疗效可靠,副作用少,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the curative effect and adverse effect of Runing granule on hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods Runing granule oral 5g, 3 times per day, 20 days for a course of treatment for 3 consecutive treatment after referral, no other drugs during the medication, no fasting spicy, greasy food. Results After 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, the effect was significantly better than the control group, no serious adverse reactions, 12 cases of mild gastrointestinal reactions adverse reactions, 2 cases of urticaria, the symptoms disappeared by withdrawal drugs and supportive treatment, Conclusion Runing granule is effective in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland, and has less adverse effect, so it is worthy to be popularized.
