摘要 随着"双积分"办法的出台,乘用车企业面临油耗与新能源汽车积分比例双目标考核,合规测算难度增加。完善的合规测算模型有助于企业以最小的NEV数量实现合规。文章利用MATLAB软件,综合考虑"双积分"办法核算要点及企业测算流程,建立了企业合规测算模型。通过导入某企业产品规划数据,实现了积分自动测算,并完成了合规方案求解,结果表明在不调整原规划数据的情况下,企业达标压力上升,并产生大量CAFC负积分和NEV负积分;基于传统能源车替换式生产NEV仅能保障企业在新能源汽车积分比例要求较低时合规;生产单车积分较高的新能源汽车可以使得NEV数量减少,但面临一定的政策风险。 As the CAFC and NEV credit management for passenger vehicle corporate issued, corporates will face fuel consumption (FC) and NEV credit ratio evaluation. So compliance calculation will become harder for manufacturers. A complement compliance calculation model is good for corporate complying with the minimum production cost. Utilizing MATLAB software, this paper builds the corporate compliance calculation model considering key points of the draft and corporate compliance calculation processs. Import a group of product planning data, the model can calculate credit and export compliance solution automatically. The result shows that the corporate compliance pressure rises up with original planning data, meanwhile, the corporate also produces CAFC negative credits and NEV negative credits. NEV replacing-producing based on conventional energy vehicles only ensures corporate compliance in low NEV ratio requirement. Cars with high NEV credits will decline compliance number of NEV, but there is a certain policy risk.
