系统场控视阈下钢铁企业技术创新系统运行机制优化研究

摘要 钢铁产业是国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,然而,在国际市场竞争中,我国钢铁企业却面临着重重挑战;加强钢铁企业自主创新能力,提高技术创新效率,建立并完善自主创新体系,以技术促进步,靠创新谋发展,已成为新时期我国钢铁企业竞争力提升和可持续发展的关键途径。本文立足于钢铁企业技术创新系统效率的提升及运行机制的优化,在全面剖析技术创新系统结构基础上,结合系统场控思想,构建了钢铁企业技术创新系统运行机制的系统场控图;同时,从推动系统场各场源要素协调作用角度出发,提出了发展钢铁产业集群,推动产业结构升级,协同场源要素,提升创新环境机制优化路径。 The iron and steel industry is the important pillar industry of national economic development, however, the enterprises are being faced with important challenges in the international market. It has been the new direction in the new period, that strengthening the independent innovation ability, improving the technology innovation efficiency, establishing and improving the independent innovation system. The promote development with technology and rely on innovation for progress, is the key to realize sustainable development of steel industry. Based on the technological innovation efficiency promotion and operation mechanism optimization of steel enterprises,this paper analyzes the technological innovation system structure comprehensively,and builds the fields control chart of technological innovation system operating mechanism; Meanwhile,from the angle of promoting the coordination of various source elements in the system field, it puts forward the ascension paths of developing the industry cluster of iron and steel, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, make the source elements coordination collaborative, and improving the innovation environment.
