VVC相关阴道微生态研究进展

外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是育龄期妇女的常见病,其中白色念珠菌为致病菌,在阴道内正常寄生,当假丝酵母菌大量繁殖时出现VVC。临床上,患者以外阴阴道瘙痒居多,同时伴有性交痛,白色豆腐渣样白带,宫颈阴道潮红,充血,显微镜下见菌丝可确诊VVC。VVC在治疗上以抗真菌感染为主,同时辅以乳酸菌微生态制剂恢复阴道的酸性环境,减少VVC复发。

Vulva vagina candida is common disease of the women,Candida albicans is a pathogenic bacterium that is parasitic in the vagina.Lactobacillus is the dominant bacteria in the vagina,VVC occurs when the pseudo-silk yeast multiplies.In the clinical,many patients with vulva vaginal itching,accompany by coital pain,white bean curd,cervical and vaginal flush,congestion,the mycelium can be seen uder the microscope could been digonosed with VVC.About the treatment,antifungal infection mainly,microecological preparation of lactobacillus restore the acid environment of vagina at the same time to reduce the VVC recurrence.
