中晚期宫颈癌应用经阴道彩色超声诊断的临床观察

Clinical observation of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of advanced cervical cancer

目的观察中晚期宫颈癌应用经阴道彩色超声诊断的临床价值。方法选出本科室64例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均行经阴道彩色超声检查,并与组织病理检查结果进行对比,分析经阴道彩色超声诊断的符合率。结果与组织病理检查结果对比,经阴道彩色超声检查结果中符合53例,错诊11例,诊断符合率为82.8%。结论中晚期宫颈癌应用经阴道彩色超声诊断的准确率较高,值得推行。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of advanced cervical cancer. Methods Selected patients in 64 cases of advanced cervical cancer as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, and compared with the results of pathological examination, analysis of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate. Results Compared with the results of histopathological examination, the results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in 53 cases, 11 cases of misdiagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 82.8%. Conclusion The accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of middle and advanced cervical cancer is high, so it is worth carrying out.
