京津冀协同发展背景下雄安新区发展思路研究

Research on the Development of the Xiongan New Area under the Background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development

随着供给侧结构性改革政策的实施,河北省经济可持续发展遇到了困境。本文分析了雄安新区的设立及现状,比较了深圳特区、浦东新区和雄安新区的设立历程及优势。又结合珠三角、长三角和京津冀三大区域经济在发展不平衡、市场化程度低、科技资源配置效率差异大的不同情况进行了比较,思考了设立雄安新区的重大意义及发展思路。建议以雄安新区建设为契机,把雄安新区开发建设作为提高京津冀协同发展的重中之重。

With the implementation of the supply s ide structural reform pol icy,the sustainable development of Hebei province has en-countered difficulties. This paper analyzes the establishment and present situation of the Xiongan New Area,and compares the estab-lishment process and advantages of the Shenzhen Special economic zone,Pudong New Area and the Xiongan New Area. Then it compares the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area in the imbalanced regional economic development, lo＊w degree of marketization and large differences in the resource allocation efficiency of science and technology,and thinks about the significance and development ideas of the Xiongan New Area. It is suggested that the development of the Xiongan New Area should be taken as the most important step in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development.
