妇科护理服务的患者体验与改进措施

摘要 目的通过调查患者的体验与感受来改进妇科护理服务时的方法与质量,从而在以后的工作中提高患者的满意度。方法随机发放匿名调查问卷调查自2012年以来进行过妇科护理服务的200例女性的用户满意度,设置四种项目类别和三种满意度来了解用户心理及需求,并对结果进行统计。结果用户对隐私维护程度最为满意,检查环境及检查宣教有待提高。结论关于妇科护理项目,用户最为在意隐私维护和检查环境,但提高宣教力度和加强心理沟通也是提高用户满意度的两大方式,应努力改善服务环境,提升护理人员素质,打造个性化服务,继而提高用户对护理服务的满意度。 Objective In order to improve the method and quality of gynecology nursing service by investigating the experience and feeling of patients, so as to improve patient satisfaction in future work. Methods We distributed anonymous questionnaire survey randomly to 200 cases of female patients since 2012 about gynecological nursing care. There are four project categories and three kinds of satisfaction to understand patients’ psychology and demand. And the results were all counted. Results The patients were most satisfed with the privacy maintenance, but the environment and the education were to be improved. Conclusion As for nursing project of gynaecology, patients are most concerned about privacy maintenance and environment, but improving education and strengthening the psychological communication are two ways to improving patient satisfaction, efforts should be made to improve the service environment, improve nursing staff quality, create personalized services, which in turn improve patient satisfaction of nursing service.
