目的讨论隐源性机化性肺炎影像特点,为提高对本病影像学的诊断提供可参考资料。方法现随机选取2015年4月~2016年11月在我院已经确诊为隐源性机化性肺炎(COP)的102例患者作为研究对象,并进行高分辨CT检查,对其影像学资料进行回顾性分析,观察其影像特点。结果经过对102例隐源性机化性肺炎患者实施高分辨CT检查后发现,有53例患者胸膜下可观察到多发性斑片影,有22例患者胸膜下可观察到多发性实质性片影,有13例患者存在典型的支气管中央型,有5例出现磨玻璃影,出现孤立性团块有3例,出现结节影3例,多发团块影2例,带状影1例,小叶间隔增厚型1例。结论隐源性机化性肺炎的影像学可有多种表现,其中以支气管中央型和胸膜下多发实变影为典型表现,其主要特征为病灶呈游走性,临床观察时需要与肺淋巴瘤、细菌性肺炎以及肺结节病进行鉴别,并且要进一步结合病理学检查进行确诊。

Conclusion The imaging of cryptogenic organic pneumonia may have many manifestations, including bronchial central and subpleural multiple consolidation of the typical manifestation of the main features of the lesions were migratory, the need for clinical observation and lung Lymphoma, bacterial pneumonia and pulmonary sarcoidosis were identified, and to further confrm the pathological examination.
