酮康唑单独及联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的效果对比研究

Study the effect of ketoconazole alone and in combination with clotrimazole suppositories for the treatment of elderly candidal vaginitis

目的研究对比老年念球菌性阴道炎单用酮康唑及联合克霉唑栓治疗的效果。方法选择2015年2月~2016年11月于我院诊治的82例念球菌性阴道炎老年患者临床资料,按用药方案不同分2组,各41例,酮康唑治疗对照组,联合克霉唑栓治疗观察组,比较组间疗效及不良反应、复发情况。结果观察组临床总疗效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组经随访2个月复发率4.88%比对照组19.51%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年念球菌性阴道炎联合酮康唑、克霉唑栓治疗的效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,且降低复发率,无明显不良反应。

Objective To compare the efficacy of ketoconazole and clotrimazole alone in the treatment of elderly candidal vaginitis. Methods The clinical data of 82 elderly patients with candidal vaginitis diagnosed in our hospital from February 2015 to November 2016,which divided into 2 groups according to different dosage regimens,41 case in each group.The patients given ketoconazole as control group,combined with clotrimazole suppositories for the observation group,then compared the effcacy of the group and adverse reactions, recurrence. Results The total clinical curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group at 2 months after follow-up was 4.88% lower than that in the control group （19.51%）（P 〈0.05）.There was no signifcant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of condyloma acuminatum and ketoconazole and clotrimazole was signifcant, which could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate and have no obvious adverse reactions.
