摘要
文章通过对江苏省某高校教师进行问卷调查,采用Probit回归分析方法研究高校课堂教学效果的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:教师的专业素养、学生对课程的兴趣、学生学习积极性、教学激励机制、教学方法等五个因素对高校课堂教学效果的影响程度最大,其他因素按照对高校课堂教学效果的影响程度,依次为:普通话水平、教学评价机制、教师的表达沟通能力、科研考核机制、学生学习能力、课堂纪律、教师组织管理课堂能力、教师教龄、教师学历和教师的课堂形象。并基于研究结果,提出促进高校课堂教学效果的相应对策。
A questionnaire survey was conducted for a college teacher in Jiangsu Province, and Probit regression was used to an-alyze the main influencing factors of teaching effect in universities. The results showed that the teachers' professional quality, the stu-dents' interesting to the course, students' learning motivation, incentive mechanism, teaching method were five most important influenc-ing factors to teaching effect. According to the influence degree, other influencing factors were: the teachers' expression, teaching e-valuation, communication ability, research's evaluation, the students' learning ability, discipline, organization ability, years, education and charm. Based on the results, some measures were suggested to promote the teaching effect.
