研究生教育成本分担背景下理科院系“分层式”助研体系的构建

研究生教育成本分担制度实施以来,我国各高校都进行了研究生培养机制的改革,设立了较为全面的"助管""助教"体系,但"助研"体系相对薄弱。通过分析研究生教育成本分担制度背景下,院系培养单位合理优化配置资源的必要性和可行性,探讨了结合学科特点在院系层面上构建"分层式"助研体系的问题,旨在更好地推进研究生"三助"工作的开展。

Since the implementation of the cost sharing in graduate education, the colleges and universities in our country have carried out the graduate cultivation reform, setting up a more comprehensive ＂Help Assistant＂, ＂Teacher Assistant＂ system, but ＂Re- search Assistant ＂system is relatively weak. By analyzing Research Assistance System under the background of cost sharing in gradu-ate education and the necessity and feasibility of rationally optimizing the resources of the faculty, this paper discusses the construc-tion of the ＂hierarchical＂ research assistant system in the faculty level, aims to promote the graduate ＂three-assistance＂ carried out better.
