工业设计工程专业学位研究生校企联合培养基地建设与实践——以南京林业大学为例

我国全日制专业学位研究生培养正处于迅速发展时期,研究生校企联合培养基地的建设对于提升专业学位研究生实践能力、培养复合型高层次应用型人才具有十分重要的意义。文章结合工业设计工程专业学位研究生教育现状,以南京林业大学为例,积极探索校企合作实践基地建设的有效机制,形成了工业设计专业学位研究生"产学协同"培养模式,实现"校-企-生"多赢目标,研究成果可为工程类专业学位研究生实践基地建设提供有益借鉴。

In our country, the full-time professional degree postgraduates educations in rapid development period. The construction of school-enterprise joint training base for postgraduates is of great significance to improve the practical ability of professional degree graduates and to cultivate a compound and high-level application-oriented talents. Based on the current education situation of post - graduates in major of industrial design and engineering, taking Nanjing Forestry University as an example, this paper explores the ef-fective mechanism of the practice base construction of school -enterprise cooperation. Accordingly, the training mode of ＂production, study and cooperation＂ for professional degree postgraduates＇ major of industrial design has been formed, and the win-win goal of ＂ School - Enterprise - Postgraduate＂ has been realized, which provides reference for the construction of practical bases for professional degree postgraduates of Master of Engineering.
