试论农业大类研究生的培养过程

研究生培养过程的合理与严谨性与毕业生的质量有着密切的关系。在对日本、美国和我国研究生培养过程进行分析对比的基础上,就我国研究生培养过程的现状总结了我国研究生培养过程存在的主要弊端,为了提高研究生的培养质量提出了优化我国农业大类研究生培养过程的建议。

The rationality and preciseness of postgraduate training process are closely related to the quality of graduates. Based on the analysis and comparison of the postgraduate training process among Japan, the United States and China, this paper analysed the main problems existing in the process of cultivation of graduate students in our country. In order to improve the cultivation quality of graduate students, the suggestion of cultivation process for graduate students of agricultural categories in our country was proposed.
