食品科学与工程本科专业实验课程考核方式的改革探究——以喀什大学为例 被引量:11

摘要 实验课程考核是课程教学的重要环节之一,也是影响教学质量的重要因素。实验课程考核必须适应应用型人才培养的需要,但目前我国应用型高校实验课程考核还存在考核形式单一、考核内容不全、考核评价主体局限等问题,需要对实验课程考核改革。食品科学与工程本科专业实验课程以培养高素质应用型人才为目标。本研究以综合性应用型大学——喀什大学为例,在研究该专业学生实验课程考核模式现状及存在的具体问题的基础上,探讨建立符合应用型高校本科专业人才培养目标的实验课程考核模式。实现全程评价,细化考核评分标准,丰富评价主体,建立符合高等学校本科专业人才培养目标的实验课程考核模式。 The experimental course assessment is an important link and key factors influence of the teaching quality. The experi-mental course assessment must be adapted to the needs of Cultivating Applied Talents in the Applied University. But the application of experimental course of university examination there is a single form of assessment, assessment content, assessment subject limita-tions and other issues.The experiment course of food science and engineering undergraduate course aims at training high quality ap-plied talents. This study takes the comprehensive applied university Kashi University as an example, based on the present situation of study on evaluation mode of experimental courses of the students and the specific problems on the establishment of evaluation model with experimental course talents training objective of Undergraduate Specialty in Colleges and Universities.In order to realize the whole process evaluation, refine the assessment criteria, enrich the evaluation subjects, establish the experimental curriculum assessment mode which accords with the training goal of Application-oriented Undergraduate Talents.
