高校实验室安全管理体系内涵浅析

文章结合湖南农业大学综合实验大楼建设,基于实验室安全和管理的视角,从硬件和软件两个方面分析了高校实验室安全管理体系的内涵,硬件内涵主要包括实验室的规划设计和施工、实验室建筑物的质量、实验室仪器设备、实验室配套建设工程质量、实验室公共安全设施、实验室个人安全防护用品;软件内涵主要包括管理机构体系、管理制度体系、安全教育体系、管理平台体系,并以此为指导,剖析了学校实验室建设和安全管理工作的成绩和不足,为开展高校实验室安全管理体系建设和实验室安全管理实际工作提供了借鉴和参考。

This paper from the hardware and software aspects analysis of the connotation of college laboratory safety management system. Hardware connotation include laboratory planning and design and construction, the quality of laboratory, instruments and equipment, the quality of laboratory construction project, laboratory of public safety facilities and personal protective equipment, software connotation include management organization system, management system, security education system and management platform system. This paper provides basis and guidance for safety management system of university laboratory.
