对地方应用型本科院校专业结构调整的思考——基于应用型人才培养的视角

学校培养的人才的知识结构与所在高校整体专业结构密切相关。长期以来,地方应用型本科院校在专业建设方面突出存在专业科类结构性的矛盾、人才培养与区域经济社会需求之间的矛盾,地方应用型本科院校专业结构与人才培养上应处理好学科建设与专业建设的关系、基础学科与应用学科的关系、普通专业和优特色专业等关系,在专业结构调整上应加强能够适应地方经济文化发展的应用型专业、加快专业群和应用型重点学科建设,以促进地方应用型本科院校专业结构调整优化,为应用型人才培养提供良好的教育条件。
