摘要
随着水运工程施工监理政策的调整,市场竞争日益激烈,风险管理的不确定性增大。在充分考虑风险因素的基础上,确定水运工程施工监理风险综合评级标准。采用层次分析法(AHP),通过对水运工程施工监理风险各因素特性的分析,建立了多层次结构模型。根据各风险因素间相互关系,计算了相应的权重向量。综合权重向量与专家打分法,最终评定项目风险等级,为企业管理与控制风险提供决策参考具有重要意义。
With the adjustment of policy on construction supervision of Port and Waterway Engineering,the market competition is more and more fierce,and the uncertainty of risk management increases. On the basis of full consideration of risk factors,a comprehensive rating standard for construction supervision risk of water transport project is determined. By means of analytic hierarchy process( AHP),a multi-level structure model is established by analyzing the characteristics of risk factors. According to the correlation among the risk factors,the weight vectors are calculated. Synthesizing the weight vector and expert scoring method,the comprehensive project risk level is assessed,It is important to provide reference for enterprise management and control risk.
