考虑多间隙耦合的齿轮机构动力学验证实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 在前期研究建立的考虑多间隙耦合的齿轮机构系统动力学模型基础上,利用相应的动力学实验验证了多间隙耦合建模方法的准确性。建立了考虑多间隙耦合的齿轮转子系统试验台,在试验中同时考虑轴承径向间隙和齿侧间隙,并能够实现径向间隙与齿侧间隙的大小可调。结合试验数据,对比分析了不同转速和间隙大小下的振动频率与幅值。由分析结果可知,相比于传统的多间隙模型,提出的多间隙耦合模型在频率和振幅的计算上与试验数据更为吻合,且能够体现出转速和间隙大小变化可能引发的耦合振动现象。 Based on the previous research on the dynamical model of gear mechanism with multiple clearances,dynamic experiments in consideration of the coupling between multiple clearances were carried out. The radial clearance and tooth backlash were considered in the experiment,with their valuies adjustable. By virtue of the test data about vibration performances, the vibration frequency and amplitude under different rotating speeds and clearances were analyzed and compared. The results prove that,compared with the traditional multiple clearances model,the calculated frequencies and amplitudes by the proposed dynamic model are better consistent with the experimental data. And the new model can also reflect the coupling vibration phenomenon caused by multiple clearances collisions.
