地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产用药效果初步评定与分析

Preliminary evaluation and analysis of the effect of progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion

目的研究地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产用药效果。方法病例资料来源于我院2014年7月-2015年11月就诊的70例先兆流产患者。采用数组随机法将其分为H组和D组。H组给予黄体酮;D组给予地屈孕酮。比较(1)总有效率;(2)药物副作用率;(3)患者止血时间、腹痛缓解时间、治疗后HCG和P水平的差异。结果 (1)D组对比H组总有效率更高(P<0.05);(2)D组对比H组药物副作用率更低(P<0.05);(3)D组对比H组止血时间、腹痛缓解时间更短,治疗后HCG和P水平更优(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产用药效果确切,可有效改善患者激素水平,促进止血,缓解腹痛,药物安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of bend progesterone treatment of threatened abortion. Methods： clinical data from our hospital in July 2014 -2015 year in November for treatment of 70 cases of threatened abortion patients. Result （1） Compared with group H, the total effective rate in group D was higher than that in group H （P 〈0.05）; （2） The side effect of group D was lower than that of group H （P 〈0.05）; （3） Shorter, after treatment, HCG and P levels better, （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion drug effect, can effectively improve the patients with hormone levels, promote hemostasis, relieve pain, medicine material is safe and reliable, worthy of promotion.
