针对性护理对冠心病并发心律失常患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响

Effect of targeted nursing on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia and their quality of life

目的观察针对性护理对冠心病合并心律失常患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2016年4月商丘市第一人民医院心内一科收治的冠心病合并心律失常患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组及观察组,各30例。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加入针对性护理。观察患者生活质量及疗效。结果观察组生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.33%高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并心律失常患者给予针对性护理,对患者生活质量影响好,临床护理效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of pertinent nursing on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease(CAD) complicated by arrhythmia. Methods From March 2014 to April 2016,60 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group,30 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were given routine care,observation group on this basis to add targeted care. The quality of life and efficacy were observed. Results The total effective rate(93.33%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),the difference was significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted care is given to patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia,which has a good effect on the quality of life of patients and the clinical nursing effect is remarkable.
