综合性人文关怀护理对卵巢癌化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Humanistic Nursing Care on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Ovarian Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的探究综合性人文关怀护理对卵巢癌化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年9月-2016年9月商丘市第一人民医院肿瘤三科收治的患者60例卵巢癌化疗患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组综合性人文关怀护理,对比两组患者护理后负性情绪及生活质量。结果观察组护理后负性情绪、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性人文关怀护理有助于舒缓卵巢癌化疗患者负性情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive humane care on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with chemotherapy of ovarian cancer. Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy from September 2015 to September 2016 in Shangqiu First People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given general nursing care and the comprehensive humane care of the observation group. The negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups were compared. ResultsNegative mood and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can relieve the negative emotion and improve the quality of life of ovarian cancer chemotherapy patients.
