腰-硬麻醉对瘢痕子宫剖宫产血清β-HCG水平及大出血率的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探究布比卡因联合小剂量舒芬太尼腰-硬麻醉镇痛对瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇血清β-HCG水平及大出血率的影响。方法选择我院收治的瘢痕子宫剖宫产者112例作为研究对象,随机分2组,各56例,两组孕妇均采用剖宫产分娩,其中研究组给予布比卡因+小剂量舒芬太尼镇痛,对照组给予布比卡因+葡萄糖镇痛。对比两组β-HCG水平及不良反应。结果分娩结束后研究组的血清β-HCG水平值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布比卡因联合小剂量舒芬太尼腰-硬麻醉镇痛可降低产妇血清β-HCG水平值,从而改善妊娠结局。
