温馨化服务模式对提高分娩质量的影响研究

Warm service mode to improve the quality of delivery of impact study

目的探讨温馨化服务模式对分娩质量的影响。方法对比分析采用温馨化服务模式的观察组和采用传统分娩方式的对照组的各项指标。结果相较于对照组,观察组产妇自然分娩率更高,产程时间更短,疼痛程度更小,产后出血量更少,满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温馨化服务模式的应用有助于提高分娩质量,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of warm service model on the quality of delivery.Methods To compare and analyze the index of the observation group with warm service model and the control group with traditional delivery mode.Results Compared to the control group, the puerpera in the observation group’s natural childbirth rate is higher,labor time is shorter,less pain,postpartum hemorrhage,satisfaction is higher,the difference between the groups has statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of warm service model is helpful to improve the quality of delivery, and it is worth using.
